All sign images are stored on the CD in the common bitmap (*.bmp) format in a Folder called "Images". You can import these into many software packages:
MS Word by selecting Edit>Insert>Picture>From File
Corel - Use File>Import Then select the file from the CD
Photoshop - Use File>Open Then Edit>Select All and copy and paste into your file, move it around, resize etc.
