Bilby Publishing + Consulting Pty Ltd is committed to providing our customers with the best price possible, to ensure that our products are attainable to ALL those who want them.

As a result we are also committed to making our products available to even the smallest Resource centers on a wholesale basis. To this end we maintain a minimum 30% discount to all wholesale orders, with a great number of product now available at 50% discount to you.

How does the Wholesaler agreement work?

• You set up an account with us
  We simply need your business/organisations details, address etc. Call us to arrange this
  
• Placing An Order
  Bilby Publishing requires all orders to be made either online, through our secure “Wholesaler Section” online, or in writing, via email/fax/post. Your first order MUST include your :
  1. Company/organisation/group name/trading name,
  2. Contact person within your org.;
  3. Postal and actual address;
  4. Ph/TTY, Fax, Email and Website details (as appropriate).
  
• Dispatch and Delivery
  Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt, with an invoice for the goods, at the current wholesale price.
  
  All orders are shipped as registered items using Australia Post’s “Educational Postal Service”. Delivery, in most cases, is 3-5 days.
  
• Postage and Handeling
  Orders over $200 recieve FREE P&H, otherwise a flat rate of $10 applies to all orders. All orders are dispatched as 'registered and insured' items.
  
• Invoice and Payment Terms
  All invoices are payable within 30 days by chq/money order, credit card, or direct trf.
  
• Backorders
  The Bilby Publishing and Distribution house holds large numbers of stock on hand, so that orders can be shipped out immediately! Unfortunately, from time to time, items can not be shipped immediately. These items will be marked as “on Back Order” on your invoice and be shipped ASAP, usually within 2 weeks.
  
• Returns and Refunds
  Bilby Publishing understands that it can be extremely difficult to predict your customers buying trends. From time to time products your purchase may not sell. If after 6 months you have not sold, or damaged, any product, you can return it to Bilby Publishing, with a short letter of explanation, for a full refund.
