Information about Postage

Australian Postage
• All items are sent by Australia Post
• Delivery is generally in 2-3 days from despatch, but this is a 14 day service. Things like Olympic Games and APEC conferences can cause delays
• We charge a flat rate of $10 postage and handling on all orders under $251
• We post all items by Registered Post, so they can be tracked, have some insurance, and we can ensure they were delivered
• We do occasionally send by Express Post, though this needs to be on an order by order basis due to the weight and size of some products. Please Contact Us

Overseas Postage
• We often send items overseas, the freight is calculated on an order by order basis. Either Contact Us with details of what you wish to order and your preferred postage method, or place an order and place a note under "Order Notes".
