What's all this about sizes?
- Our posters are produced in a variety of sizes suitable for folders, handbags, or on the wall
- Poster sizes quoted are a guide only. The actual size may differ slightly due to trimming and laminating
- A4 is the size of a standard sheet of paper. A5 is half the size (ie folded in half). Conversely, A3 is twice the size and A2 is twice that again.
How do you handle Orders
- We despatch orders every business day
- Orders will only be despatched when payment is received, or an account set up
- We accept orders produced from your accounting/ordering sytem and include any order numbers supplied on our invoices
- When you receive your order, please check it immediately for correctness and damage. If you would like to return items, please retain all packaging untill you have contacted us (see 'Returns' below)
- Invoices are produced with every order (including catalogue and flyer requests), and are included in a plastic document envelope on the front of your package
- We hold stock of all advertised products (excepting pre-release specials) to ensure that we can supply the products promptly and at the advertised price, during each catalogue period.
- We occasionally sell out certain items due to unanticipated circumstances. If this is the case we will place the missing items on back order and they will be posted out seperately to you when they are available, without charging additional postage and handling. We may contact you to keep you informed, so it is important to provide us with a way of contacting you.
What is your Returns policy?
- If your product is faulty in any way, we want to hear from you! We accept the return of faulty goods and will replace them promptly. Please contact us before hand to arrange this.
- Not happy / not suitable? If you are not happy with your product, or find it unsuitable to your use, please contact us. We want to hear your feedback. We are only happy if you are and will make all reasonable attempts to exchange your goods with something more suitable, or issue a refund
- Wholesale customers, please see the Terms and Conditions. We accept the return of unsold goods in saleable condition.
Privacy and Security
- Your details will be stored offline, in our accounting system
- We will not disclose your details to any other party, except where required by law (eg the police)
- Credit card details are encrypted (scrambled) and stored online for a brief period. This is generally less than 24 hours. We use the legally required, industry best practice, methods for secure storage and retrieval of your credit card details
- Once we have retrieved your credit card details from our online system, they are deleted
- Credit card details are not permenantly stored in our accounting system, or any other electronic form, for your security
